The contents move freely within the element causing the effect to change and morph during image capture.

KineticGlass is fully customizable, allowing for cinematographers to develop looks that are truly one of a kind.
The possibilities are endless and yet to be discovered.
Each combination has its own characteristics.
KineticGlass can mimic Effects Filters, Diffusion Filters, Color Conversion Filters, Neutral Density Filters, Graduated Filters, and Optical Flat Filters to name a few.
It is encouraged to experiment and explore new looks.

Disco
Glitter + Isopropyl
Disco produces brilliant sparkles and flashes of color.
Mirage
Water + Isopropyl
Mirage causes the image to distort wildly beyond recognition and return back to normal.
Crush
Crushed Glass + Isopropyl
Crush causes flares to dance around light sources.
Trance
Colored Filaments + Isopropyl
Trance causes chaotic colorful lens flares that dance across the image.
Catch & Release
Fishing Line + Isopropyl
C&R produces wild and chaotic lens flares.
Myst
Powder Glass + Isopropyl
Myst will soften an image and create subtle sparkles.
Noise
Micro Pigment + Isopropyl
Noise will soften the image and cause highlights to bloom similar to diffusion filters. Noise will also produce subtle sparkles similar to Disco.
Negative
Colored Water + Isopropyl
Negative will distort an image as well as alter the color profile.
Daze
Immiscible Fluids
Depending on the fluid used Daze will alter the colorspace as well as cause chaotic lens flares.

Vetted effects consists of effects that have been developed and tested by KhanØptic for optimal performance.
KineticGlass Kit

Natural Light
KineticGlass will react to light sources present within the environment.
On Board Illumination
A light source can be attached to the camera body and directed towards KineticGlass.
